On 22nd December 2022 I was at my brother’s house trying to organize Christmas and Boxing Day celebrations – well, that was the plan.

My wife and I went away for my birthday at the end of February 2022 and while in the Jacuzzi at the
hotel I got a slight pain in my chest and what felt like really bad brain freeze, this passed quickly
when I got out of the Jacuzzi so I didn’t really think anything about it.
